Express Urgent Care

First time at this urgent care. Staff is kind,courteous,and professional. Place is exceptionally clean. It’s nice to be able to schedule your appointment online. Dr. Grippo was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend

First visit at this urgent care. Very kind staff. Clean facility and just easy process to have my child seen in a timely manner which is such a relief to a parent with a very sick child. Normally it’s a 1 to 3 hour wait at other urgent care facilities that we have been to in area. This place was great. Highly recommend!

Our family loves this provider & Urgent Care! We usually go to the Wilkes-Barre location but this one was just as good. The staff is friendly & Dr Choudhry is very helpful & personable. He listened to our concerns & we did not feel rushed by him at all. He took his time & provided us with great care.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Choudhry. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and confident in the care I received. The office staff was also friendly and efficient. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for excellent care.

My first time visit to this facility.. When I arrived it was not very busy. The desk clerk greeted me promptly and told me what I needed to do before I was seen. After my necessary info was submitted it was not too much longer afterwards that I was taken back to an exam room where vitals were taken and questions were asked about why I had come in for treatment. Maybe 5-10 minutes later another woman walked in and introduced herself and told me that she was the PA and asked me some questions, examined me briefly and then said thank you and that the doctor would be right with me. Shortly thereafter the doctor walked in introduced himself, asked me my symptoms then said it sounds like it could be this... He said he would start me on an antibiotic.
