Express Urgent Care

I saw John on 10.26.25. He asked all the right questions, he listened carefully to my answers. He prescribed an antibiotic. In under 24 hours I am feeling much better. He addressed another concern I had and remedied that with the help of nurses. I am very grateful that Express has knowledgeable staff and staff that listens to the patient.

I went for a Covid test and to get my ears look at because I always get an ear infection when I’m sick and instead of listening to me the care provider just said I have fluid in my ear but no infection. Woke up with even worse ear pain and went to a different urgent care and found out I not only do have an infection but my ear drum is now blown. I’m very upset with the way he handled my situation as he was very nonchalant about everything and I will not be returning to the place for future care.

Provider Celina Ward was the nicest provider that helped my daughter today. Understanding , caring, and professional! She showed so much compassion yet very informative! Made my daughter’s whole week even when she was feeling so sick and down!! Thank you so much!

I went in with a swollen ear and in a lot of pain. I had no idea what was wrong. I was taken back to an exam room with next to no wait. The RN, Celina Ward, came in and was able to immediately diagnose my ailment and relieve all my fears. She took time to ask questions and listen to what I had to relay to her. The exam was thorough and she quickly prescribed medication. She asked additional questions and made some suggestions to improve my overall health. I would recommend this urgent care facility without reservation.
