Awful service! (BTW, AI does isn't helpful in every situation.) I would also give this company a zero star if I could. No wonder why they have 1 star reviews! Anyway, I was able to finally speak to a real person (Amy) but speaking with her was worse than "talking" with their AI machine for sure. She was unhelpful and condescending when I tried to explain my situation. My prescription order was cancelled by ES and decided to call to find out why. This Amy person gave me a hard time about refilling the prescription too soon; although my doctor sent the prescription order directly to Express Script. I explained that we are LIVING overseas. She kept saying that "since it is a vacation prescription" it was too soon to be refilled and that supposedly my insurance would not allow it because it

I've done many online prescriptions before with success, but this was the worst experience I've ever had since switching insurance. It took well it took a month to get any meds set up and ordered correctly. Frequent phone calls with reoccurring conversations etc. This was just to get some basic medicines- no special cases or issues. 1 of the 3 never arrived and they were no such help, blaming DHL, USPS, My doctor. Eventually I ran out of medicine and had to get an emergency supply from my Dr. 0 stars- avoid at all costs.. just go to a local pharmacy.

I tried to call about setting up an account for my mother. I wanted to know if delivery could be completed over the phone as my mom does not have a smart phone. The customer service agent repeatedly asked me for my date of birth so she could better assist me instead of just answering my question. I got nowhere.

If I could give negative stars I would. They sent an email on Fridat at 7 PM saying my order was processing. Last I heard they didn't carry the medication but I thought great, I will call Monday. Sunday I received a tracking number with USPS so I called. They claim if you don't call right away, you are responsible (did i ever consent to getting this script? No.). It's a Sunday. Usps doesn't ship on Sunday. They claim they have absolutely no way to stop the order. This is a racket. I'll never do business with them again.

Just got off phone with representative. This has apparently been outsourced and had extremely difficult time understanding her. The Rx ordered for Diabetes is in short supply and cannot be filled for new rx . This representative was to tell me what my copay would be at a Walmart or Walgreens and first quote was over 8 thousand dollars!!! Told her it can't be that high and she rechecked and said 8 hundred. I was suppose to be transfered to leave feedback on call but was NOT!! I originally called because I had received email they needed more info from Dr before shipping out Rx. When I initially called and entered this Rx it showed I should receive tomorrow. However, when I did talk to the pharmacist she was very nice but at that time told me Rx was not available for new Rx due to shortage
