Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with for prescriptions. I have had many substandard service interactions with this company. I am now deciding I'm going to let everyone know about it. Two specific incidents were just within the last 12 months. If you have a prescription that is heat sensitive, common sense says you should ship it with ice packs or something similar. I live in Florida and this company repeatedly sends my heat sensitive items without cold packs and the medications get ruined. The worst part is they won't refund your money they won't pull off the claim against your insurance so now you're left with the situation where your insurance will not provide you the full amount of coverage for the medical prescription you lost. If your prescription gets lost in the mail, they refused to do anything about it until it’s been “lost” 30 days. My prescription was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago no shipping update for over 20 days and my options are to wait 30 days to get my money back or I can reorder and pay double. I asked several times to speak to a supervisor, the person repeated cut me off and talked over me. Do not use. I’d rather pay more and go to Walgreens than deal with organization. I’ll never order through this again.

I’m writing this review as a nurse and patient advocate. The name “Express Scripts” is misleading at best. There is nothing “express” about this pharmacy. If you decide to use this mail order pharmacy get ready for long waits. Hours spent on the phone in an attempt to assist one patient. You will be shuffled from on rep to the next and get several different answers depending on the person you speak to. I’m going to have T-Mobile print my phone records, so that I can send them to the CEO. Maybe the CEO is oblivious to the chaotic not existing customer service. To keep disabled, sick, fragile patients on hold or a shuffling call for hours is concerning. They are the sole mail-order pharmacy contracted with my insurance, and since being forced to switch to them several months ago, I have experienced consistent and ongoing issues. I have now learned that they plan to terminate services as of January 1, 2026, for any prescriptions that are not written as a 90-day supply. This policy is fundamentally incompatible with my insurance coverage, which does not allow 90-day prescriptions. It is difficult to understand how a pharmacy can enforce a policy that directly contradicts the requirements of the insurance provider with whom they are contracted. Additionally, I am severely immunocompromised, and being required to visit a physical pharmacy places me at a significant health risk, including potential hospitalization. O stars! Takes multiple phone calls to them to accomplish what I need. Representatives keep hanging up on me and don’t listen and lie about what they’re doing and then they never send my order through. I always have to call them multiple times for the same request. Has resulted in cancelled appointments because my doctor never received their shipment.
