Express Rx Pharmacy and Medical Supplies

"Our goal is to provide centralized pharmacy solutions and exceptional customer service" That is what their website says, but they are the complete opposite. My child required medical supplies were never delivered to us. They never even contacted me to notify that the “delivery was made”. It took over a week to receive the supplies. My child ran out of supplies and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Then when it finally arrives after the third attempt to receive it, I’m missing a box. I was told a certain quantity at first and when I received HALF of what I was told, they told me it was a mistake on their end. Regardless, it wasn’t enough so now I have to pay out of pocket. I asked to go pick it up myself and they said I couldn’t because it had to be ordered. So was it ordered or no

The customer service was phenomenal. My dr had barely put in the script for the pump and I received a call from Express RX Pharmacy to finalize and get my pump ordered. I appreciate the great service and even got a follow up call to make sure that my CGM will work with the new pump. Thank you so much. Donna

What a joke. Ive been a customer for years, and this may make me change. Over the past 2 days, I have spent 2 hours and 48 minutes on hold, hearing "your call is first in line" for all save maybe 10 minutes of that time. 2 separate times people have picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I just need my medicine

I get my son’s formula delivered with express rx. The driver, Jose, gives us a call when they’re nearby. All in all, great service and can say that they do seem to care about patients.

Pretty awful experience in trying to get my prescription filled. Nothing but dismissal and the runaround from the pharmacy staff after weeks of trying to get supplies in order to stay alive. Feels like they are trying to do anything but be helpful.
