they filled my new RX quickly today. i wish they could also fill my maintence RXs, but they say they cant. still, really nice folks

I will be contacting corporate about the experience I went through with this pharmacy! I remember there was a time I could call to get a refill and it be ready with 15-30 minutes. Now the employees LIE about sending refill request to doctors. It’s so bad to where I have to call the doctor myself to request refills. This pharmacy gives an attitude and excuses every single time I tell them my son’s doctor said they haven’t received a fax from them. Today, an hour and 30 minutes before closing, one of the employees told me she didn’t know if my son’s medicine would be ready by the time they closed and could I wait until tomorrow. I told her no and she placed me on hold for 3 minutes and then said it would be ready. My son’s medicine was finally done 3 minutes before closing time. I went to p

This used to be a pretty good pharmacy YEARS AGO! Now it’s the slowest and rudest pharmacy I’ve ever seen. They take days to refill your prescriptions some times. They will text you saying your prescription is ready just for you to get there and be told to come back. My mother always has to make multiple trips. They stand around acting as if they don’t see you. It’s HORRIBLE!!
