Express Medicine Urgent Care

I tried calling the clinic multiple times, but the automated system keeps disconnecting my calls. When I came to the clinic in person, I was told I have to call by phone and they wouldn’t let me in. When I called again, the same thing happened. This feels very disrespectful and unacceptable.

I had an ear infection in my left ear that caused me severe pain. I chose to visit this urgent care first thing. When I got there, doctor prescribed eye drops for an ear infection, because apparently it's cheaper and would still work. I was told I would feel better in 3 days or so. The wait was so short and the front desk staff was so nice that I was under the impression that I was dealing a knowledgeable doctor, so tried the eye drops. 3 days later not only did my pain get worse, I also lost hearing in the infected ear. When I went to a hospital with a different doctor I was told that the eye drops prescribed by Dr. Chao Sun caused hearing loss by creating a fluid buildup that completely blocked my ear canal. I paid $179 for a doctors visit just to be prescribed the wrong medicine, suffer

I love the Dr and the ladies in the office are great. You never have to wait long on appointments. I've been coming here for probably 10 years.

I was referred to dr. Chao Sun, by workers compensation. I had one of the worst experiences ever visiting this doctor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR’s OFFICE! I departed feeling confused and personally and emotionally violated. At the beginning of my appointment he mumbled out that he didn't think he would be able to help me. I didn't understand so I continued with the appointment. This so called doctor taunted me, he was disrespectful, and he left the exam door open for my entire appointment, and other patients heard EVERYTHING! Our family has been visiting the clinic for many years. The lady at the front desk was very kind and friendly, and the Dr. Sun was always professional and helpful providing in time medical care.
