Express Family Clinic

This is by far the best practice I've ever been a patient of! I am so happy that Morgan Pearsall is my primary care provider! She is beyond amazing and listens to everything that comes out of my mouth. She has never given up on me even in times I wanted to give up on myself. Working for physicians for the last 25 years. I can say assuredly that this practice is top-tier. The staff is so patient and so responsive. I can be a bit of a pain in the butt and message them two or three times a day and they always respond back in a timely manner with such Grace! Truly love these people!

Dr. Michelle Nguyen is an amazing primary care physician. She listens, takes her time, and truly cares about her patients. I never feel rushed, and she always explains things clearly. I’m grateful to have her as my doctor and highly recommend her.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I made an appointment for 11am. The waiting room was busy, and I can understand that, but I waited an HOUR until i got taken back into a room at 12pm. To get my blood pressure and pulse taken. She complained I had acrylic nails on when she put the pulse oximeter on my finger. I was then taken to another room and waited another 30 minutes to see a doctor. No doctor came. I left. I waited an hour and 30 minutes. I was not a walk in, I had an appointment. I felt bad they were busy but waiting over an hour and thirty minutes for an appointment is absurd and extremely unprofessional and shows lack of care and urgency.

I had a bad experience here in my last appointment for my annual physical check up, i have 4pm schedule and they took me in the room and i sat there for 45 minutes without anybody updating or telling me that i will be seen. I got up and ask the staff and they just said if i want to re schedule without even apologizing. I am upset that they were not even concerned that i was waiting for a while not even a single apology. I would not recommend this place at all.

We arrived at 10:40 am, and in 10 minutes, they moved us to a room to wait for the doctor. We have been waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and no one has come with us. When we arrived, there was only one patient in front of us 🤔 AWFUL!!!!!!!!, it shouldn't be called an Express clinic. We've been waiting for the doctor's care for more than two and a half hours! It had never been so much with any doctor, a total lack of respect for patients 😡🤬. I went out to ask, and they told us that we are the following for more than 30 minutes ago 🤬. Very frustrating!
