Express Discount Pharmacy

I love how easily I can communicate with the Pharmacist and all the staff at this business. They have been going the extra mile for my healthcare pharmaceutical needs ever since I changed over- approximately 18 months ago.

The Staff here are Outstanding, caring people. The only pharmacy that really took time to listen to me and solved my problem quickly! They went above and beyond to get my prescription in stock, b/c no other pharmacy had it! They returned phone calls, and made sure I had my prescription on time,considering I had only a 7 day window.. I walked in and out in about 1 minute! Great people! Thank you!

Best pharmacy EVER! The STAFF!! I have had the most amazing experience ✨️ Superb customer service. They know who you are (they treat you like family), they are genuinely friendly and ALL about their customers. They have graciously gone out of their way to help me receive the medications that I need. From calling Drs offices (repeatedly), contacting insurance companies, helping with prior authorizations and approval process, allergic reactions & side effects, patients being informed, and even helping ensure that I get the best price possible for my meds. The ladies & gentlemen of Express are THE BEST 😉. I have been with this pharmacy for over a year and have moved ALL of my local family to here & referred ALL my friends.

The pharmacy is cheap and it shows. It always smells funny. The women behind the counter are pleasant, but the pharmacist has very poor people skills. He looks and sounds irritable - temper flares very easily. Already switched to another pharmacy.

This is a gem in Fayetteville! Stop going to Rite Aide! The customer service here is amazing. Fast, friendly, polite, convenient and they put forth an effort to give you what you need. So different from every other pharmacy I have been to in town where I have been made to feel like a burden for giving them my business.
