Quick and efficient, I love how fast they give you time to explain but get you in and out in a hurry. Who wants to hang out when already sick around other sick patients. Highly recommend.

Honestly, I'm never coming back here. I waited for over two hours for a doctor to check on my wife. It wasn't like this before; you could just walk in without an appointment and they'd see you quickly and efficiently. This clinic has changed a lot.

Took my son in today to have an infected sore/ bite on his side looked at. The "doctor" BARELY took a glimpse & automatically said I'll send a script in for an antibiotic. And sent us on our way. We have ZERO answers. Is it a bite? Or something else? Should I put some kind of cream or ointment on it? Should I cover it with a bandage? Or no? What a complete waste of my time!!!!! Will not ever go back.

My family has been using Express Care for the past few years. Melanie has been wonderful! She is always very professional and makes everything easy to understand. She also takes her time and has never rushed us. We are fortunate to have found this place and I recommend them.

Staff is wonderful, caring, and responsive to health issues. Melanie Household is one of the kindest, caring physicians I have ever seen. She listens and asks the right questions to solve your issues. Everyone I have seen at this Urgent care has been attentive, caring and kind. Kayla Hallock is a wonderful provider! She takes the time to listen and care for patients health needs. Highly recommend!
