Customer Reviews
So I brought my toddler there after she had a pretty bad fall. She had a small cut on her eyebrow closest to her nose, and it was already starting to bruise within the 20 minutes it took me to get her to urgent care. The receptionist was very nice, and they got us in quickly. Luckily there wasn’t anyone else waiting when we got there, so the wait wasn’t long. They took x rays and had a look at her. The dr came back in and said that the x rays showed she had a “slight fracture” on the bridge of her nose, but her brain and eyes were normal. Told us to give her Tylenol and follow up with her pediatrician. We brought her home, and I called the pediatricians office the next morning(since they were closed at the time of the accident). Her pediatrician said they were still waiting to receive the
Front desk staff was nice and not rushing, made sure all information was correct. The waiting room wait was not long. Nurses were great, didn’t rush the vitals and made sure my daughter was ok getting to the room while limping with a sprained ankle. NP listened to what we needed and helped us with everything. Nurses were great getting my daughter into her boot and made sure we knew where we needed to go the next day for X-rays. Will go back if need too.
Went there for an emergency cut lip after falling on stone stairs. There were many people in the waiting room but I was the only one bleeding. The so called doctor and receptionist took me behind the door. One look and the so called doctor told me I needed a plastic surgeon to stitch my lip. He also stated that because of my age I would need a CT scan of my head. I did not fall on my head only my mouth. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism of the so called doctor. I went to a hospital emergency room who stitched my lip and sent me home. My advice to everyone is NOT to go there ever!
Visiting from of out town stopped by was received by friendly smiles from front desk. Was brought right back and Kenya the MA and Jennifer the NP took great care of me, very nice and caring.
The front desk greeted me with a smile; the intake nurse was pleasant and the presiding doctor or NP, who was very friendly and polite and professional
