DO NOT GO HERE FOR PCR TESTS. Had a bad feeling right away. The woman answering the door was in a foul mood. The two techs were in a big rush. The Standard PCR Test results have not returned after 4 days. They are invalid after 5 days. Beware.

I realize there are negativity reviews (we were a bit worried but we really needed a quick Covid test). I filed out everything online (application, insurance etc) and it was smooth a silk. It is slightly off putting that there isn’t a waitress area (the inside is weirdly fancy but the system of knocking at the side door and waiting worked fine). We were in and out in less than five minutes. The nurse (or doctor not sure) was super patient about confirming email addresses, etc. the result was provided < 1 hr. We needed a special foreign language form (Japanese) and we had it in 4 hours. The whole rush thing did cost 95 dollars but well worth it.

please do not go to this place!’ I never got my results even though they told me they will send it to me within an hour.. I sent so many emails to the person who did my Covid test and she only reply once. Be aware that they will ask you for your credit card and you do not have to provide it. And when you call the number on their website there is a recording telling me to text another number but the lady who is speaking of the recording doesn’t speaker clear on purpose! so you could never reach them.

What complete unprofessionals these people are. I mean, I thought it was shady to go for testing in a spa, where you have to come in through the back door and thru a CrossFit gym, but I was in a bind. They have no business phone! They only communicate via text message? 6 months after a rapid Covid test they tell me there’s an issue with my health insurance info. Did they photocopy my health insurance card like most doctors? No. How is that my fault 6 months later? Since I am unable to call them, I have requested a phone call multiple times to resolve their error with no response. Very untrustworthy. Health Dept should investigate.

Very Professional, organized , responsible and respectful of our time . I got my PCR test , I paid 150 but I got my result snd email as they promised in time . The very nice Thanks for having your office very clean and no cross contamination.
