Expert Hearing

Dr Palmer has previously fitted me with a hearing aid for one ear. I just bought a second hearing aid for the other ear. This is at there new office off Waters Rd. Hayley also provided guidance on using this new aid. This is a friendly, professional office which is eager to answer any questions. I give them 5 stars for their excellence!

Dr Timna did an excellent job explaining the process and helping me adjust to hearing aid. Her staff has been very helpful and clear with information provided. These hearing aids have definitely improved the quality of my life!

When I found out I needed hearing aids, I knew nothing about how to go about purchasing them. How complicated could it be? Could I go to Costco? Short answer: No. There is absolutely no way I would have gotten the fit, adjustments, diagnostics, and expertise that I received through Expert Hearing. A friend highly recommended Dr. Tinma. She and Dr. Palmer gradually weaned me onto the hearing aids so that they wouldn't be too overwhelming at first. Over the course of appointments, the team continued to make tweaks to optimize my comfort and hearing quality. This allowed me to get used to them and wear them all day from the very start. I had to come on here to give 5 stars to Expert Hearing!! Dr. Susan Timna and her team are awesome! I got my hearing aids almost 3 years ago and not 1 problem at all! They are perfect and have given me much more than hearing. You just don’t realize how hard it is on everyone, not just yourself when you are struggling with hearing problems. It affects everyone you communicate with. Enter my Dad, at 80 years old he has struggled with hearing loss his whole life. He was wearing hearing aids that no longer worked.
