If i could give 0 stars, I would. I did a drug screening with them and they said they would send it to my university. they in fact never did, i tried calling for MONTHS. no answer. finally i went to their location to speak to someone, the office isnt even there anymore. Now i just spent 60$ for a drug screening that just was wasted, and never used. Thank you.

Expert Healthcare really let my mother down at a very vulnerable time. Her husband (my father) has a life-threatening pressure wound that Sentara was sending people out to clean and dress a few times a week. They recently stopped sending people out and told us we’d have to find another agency to care for the wound. Expert Healthcare came recommended by someone, so my mom scheduled an appointment with them for 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. That time came and went and no one called or showed up. They refused to answer my mom’s messages and calls. Here we are the next day and still, no one has reached out to her to apologize or let her know what’s going on. I want to first thank the front staff for being welcoming when coming in for my service. This place is people friendly and gives GREAT SERVICE . I came in distraught because I had to do a physical for school as well as lab draws and needed it done by COB. The owner herself came out of her office after overhearing my concerns and took me in . I was out within a hour wi the no appointment . She also gave me contact to follow up to check my status . I'm so thankful for this company .

I went to Expert Healthcare out of desperation. No other medical facility would see me. I walked in without an appointment and explained what I needed. They were the most compassionate, caring, and professional staff. They got me in and out within 45 minutes! Thank you so much for such excellent service. My patient and I love the nurse that was sent. Head Nurse Q is very professional, polite, efficient, and quick. We've had 2 visits and have had no problems or issues. Edited: We've had them about a month now. Nurse Kiasia has been excellent. She's on time, professional, and fast but efficient.
