Since pediatric offices are closed on weekends, I had no choice but to take my daughter to an urgent care. In my opinion, urgent cares don’t have the best hospitality and can make you feel like another number. Expercare went above and beyond to try to comfort my daughter who absolutely hates doctor visits. I recommend them as a second option for your little ones!

I visited this urgent care center tonight and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, patient, and highly professional. Even though it was later in the day, everyone treated me with kindness and urgency, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.

I went in knowing I had flu b. I tested earlier that day with an over the counter test and had every symptom. I had gi issues last week with fever, felt better a few days, and then sick again. The nurse practitioner I saw prescribed tamiflu. I explained I didn’t think that was best since I had been sick last week too. She said she didn’t agree with that and prescribed me all sorts of medications I never picked up. I told her my sister went to urgent care last Thursday tested positive for flu b and since she had been sick several days they wouldn’t prescribe tamiflu. I knew all I needed was antibiotic and possibly steroid. That’s what they prescribed my sister and we had been together and had same symptoms. I got an antibiotic and steroid the next day and it started helping pretty quickly.

This was such a great urgent care experience, definitely by far the best I’ve had! They got me back super fast. The check in/pre-registration process was super fast and easy. The front receptionist, the MA and the PA, Matt, were all so kind and friendly. Matt was super personable, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with! He spent time in the room with me and went through all the things with me and never made me feel rushed or unseen/unheard. 10/10 experience! Definitely recommend. Nobody LIKES having to go to urgent care but this experience definitely made it less cumbersome. The only thing I wish was different was if I could go ahead and pay while I was there, as I know I typically have a copay for urgent care and all, and would rather not have to wait for bill - but the experience makes up f

Appointment for my son was easily set up online. Since I did my paperwork online, when we got there it was a breeze to check in. No additional documents were required. We were in and out. The best part to me was that the physician didn't make us waste time waiting for the test results. The test results took 36 minutes and he said he would call when they are ready, and he did just that. The place is nice and the staff is friendly.
