I recently visited Expercare for a sprained ankle, and I had a truly great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The office was clean and organized, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The medical team was attentive and professional, thoroughly explaining my condition and treatment plan. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. I left feeling well cared for and confident in my recovery. I would highly recommend Expercare to anyone in need of quality medical care. 5 stars!

I would give negative stars if I could. I spoke to the receptionist to make sure 1. They could do the lab work needed and 2. Make sure they take the insurance. I made an appointment over the phone, and when the day came, they say they don’t take that insurance and didn’t even take the time to look at it. Hailey did not help at all either after I called about this, and I was extremely confused. This was a problem on their end, and instead of fixing it they didn’t care. Awful customer service.

I always feel very well taken care of when I come here. From the moment I walk in, it’s clear that they genuinely care. The Medical Assistant was wonderful—she listened when I mentioned feeling lightheaded and made sure I was able to lie down. PA Elizabeth was super sweet and took the time to clearly explain her diagnosis. I also appreciated the kind well wishes I received when leaving.

Went in for a knee issue. Everyone was super nice and knowledgable. I thought I needed an xray but the nurse said to try elevating and ibuprofen first, which was fine. I will come back if not better in a week or so. Great visit, nice clean place.

I went in for sore throat (turned out it was strep) and I was seen by Dr. Matt. I genuinely can't find the words to express how trully amazing the staff is here. I felt cared for, heard and safe. I've NEVER experienced this level of care before. The check in process was quick, I was a walk-in patient & I self paid. I'll be recommending this location to everyone! Thank you Dr. Matt 🙏🏻
