Expedition Oral Surgery

Dr. Pham did a great job, this review is based on the billing experience. I paid for services up front (no other option available here) and was in and out in 36 minutes. Paid for 1 hour of sedation in 15 min increments of $209. I was told by the office staff at the time of payment the unused sedation would be refunded. After months of trying to get an final itemized bill to submit to my secondary insurance company and promised refund, the statement I received had the pricing inflated to cover the money that was owed to me. I am told by the office staff the billing company is separate and I can't contact them directly. Apparently this is standard operating procedure here based on other reviews so beware. I will be looking into options to filing a complaint with the appropriate governing bod

I sent both of my kids to Expedition for their wisdom teeth removal. And both experiences were great. The staff worked with us on tenuous schedules because both kids are in college and had only a certain window of time off to get this done. Expedition’s staff communicated well and set expectations so we knew when, what, who, and how much. Plus, I got estimates from other places and they are definitely cost efficient. A+ is my book.

I had my tooth removed and from the entrance into the office, there was a sense of professionalism. The receptionist was exceptional and answered my questions with a sense of being informative and very knowledgeable. Dr.Pham was great, relaxed informative and answered all my questions without any hesitation. My procedure this morning was painless and I have no complications or problems since having the procedure five hours ago.

Best experience we have ever had with a medical procedure. Staff is extremely kind and helpful from the first phone call. The doctor was extremely thoughtful when explaining everything and really just made me and my son comfortable. He has had zero pain since having oral surgery. Highly recommend this location.

I had to get teeth pulled almost a decade ago and Dr Pham did a fantastic job. She listens and treats you, the person. So, I have another bad tooth, I’m going to see her again. Scheduled appointment to get it done again. I get nervous when I go to the dentist and she always makes sure you are comfortable. Quit looking, choose her team. They are ALL amazing.
