I had an exceptional experience at Expedian Urgent Care from start to finish. The entire team was fast, attentive, and genuinely caring — exactly what you hope for when you’re not feeling your best. The front desk staff greeted me immediately and made check-in quick and easy. The medical team took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt completely comfortable with the treatment plan. What really stood out was the level of professionalism paired with compassion. They moved with urgency without ever making me feel rushed. The facility was clean, organized, and efficient, and I left feeling confident and well cared for. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like a person and not a number, Expedian Urgent Care is it. Highly recommend!

I visited this urgent care for a wound that ultimately required stitches. Before arriving, I was aware that both my annual out-of-pocket maximum and deductible had been met. Upon check-in, Val informed me I owed a co-pay. I asked her to recheck, as this wasn’t accurate. Instead of reviewing the information, she stated it was an issue with my insurance. Only after multiple system refreshes did she acknowledge I owed nothing. She then delivered my ID and insurance card back with noticeable reluctance. Once in the back, the NP and patient care tech were excellent. Thorough, gentle, and attentive while examining the wound and stitching it. However, when checking out, Val again claimed I owed over $120, not to include a two-year-old credit on my account of $30. She applied the credit and requ

I hate to leave a low score because we have used this urgent care for years and always had a great experience. However tonight we tried to be seen after my daughter injured her knee. The door was open the sign said open we got there before closing time but were told they won’t see patients the last 15 minutes of the day and turned us away. Why post hours and offer walk in if the closing time is not actually the closing time. Very disappointing

The entire staff from the front desk, the nurse, and the attending doctor was genuinely kind. The young man who took our stats kept our minds at ease about the process. He is something special. The doctor was very thorough with his exam and is a great listener. They got my daughter and I out in a timely manner. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone.

If I could do less stars I would. I went after an accident I was in with pain to my shoulder and a swollen lump on my neck. The nurse practitioner came in, asked me if I wanted X-rays or images done, I’m not the professional, this is up to the provider to determine, not the patient. That was the reason I was there, for them to figure out what was wrong. He instead, wanted to give meds and “see how I was in a week”, if still in discomfort , come back and we can do images then. Basically, wanted to get more money for another visit to do what should have been done at the initial visit. I was there all of 7 minutes. Was told my visit would be $145, but when I went to pay, it was $250. This place is what is wrong with healthcare.
