Exeter Smiles Braces & Invisalign in Reading

I can not say enough of both 😊 and positive thoughts about exter smiles. They really cared for my teeth like they were theirs. I had two different doctors both Harrisburg and Reading. I was literally surprised on my last appointment that they said I was finished with my treatment wow. Plus they are like $2500 less than other places.I really wanted to put a A +++ for both doctors and staff alike that did my treatment with such care and respect. Thanks again

Excited that the process is over ! The staff was always kind and worked well with scheduling. Had a health issues that needed to have my braces removed and they did it with no issues whatsoever and kindly placed them back on and I was very grateful for it !! You can’t beat the price elsewhere. Only issue was that they had other locations much closer to me but it was worth the drive. Everything else went smoothly and happy with my results.

As an older patient I was very pleased with being given options for my own choosing and not being dictated to by Dr. Joel. He is very respectful and a pleasure to work with, taking his time to explain thoroughly and offer options. He was fair in his flexibility with treatment and the other folks who work there are very pleasant as well. I highly recommend this practice, especially compared to the other practices my kids have gone to, where it felt more impersonal like a processing plant; that is not the case here.

My son Silas Rockey got all his treatment for his braces done here at the Reading office. We drive almost an hour from Lancaster, but the savings are worth the drive! They do JUST as good of job for half the cost! Every time we go we get in practically right on time of our appointment. Everyone has been so nice and knowledgeable, I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone!!! Thanks Exeter!

They couldn't get my speed of alignment or spacing right. They broke several of my teeth and then dismissed me after erasing my spacing between my teeth and leaving me in pain. How does this business not keep record of calls then dismiss me for not calling? I know people probably have great experiences but I didn't.
