Embarrassing organization We have active insurance. We’re waiting on new cards because of the end of year change over. Made zero attempt to help us get the insurance information and refuse to see our son with 103° fever unless we handed them $150 upfront The office manager is a disrespectful coward that only cares about her staff was fully aware of the fact that this child was sick and made zero attempts to check on them Disgusting

I am so glad that we found Dr. David Zobian, he is the best doctor ever, the way he cares for our son since he was born is amazing. He is so detailed, takes all the notes, even pictures so he can review and compare if there is issues, I never have to remind him to recheck anything. He is kind, gentle and sweet. He will made sure that issues are taken care right away instead of making us try different things for months, my son is in such a great hand. So, far the office staff and nurses have been great and other doctors are good too for sudden visits when Dr. Zobian is not available, but I do prefer him everytime if I can get even for sick visits. I would highly recommend Dr. Zobian to all the parents.

Reading the reviews of other others about the office manager and staff I’m not surprised It’s a disgusting office with bad people at its core The office manager is disrespectful and it’s very clear that patient care is the last thing they care about

The one star is for ZOBIAN he’s truly an amazing doctor and the only reason I will be bringing my baby back. the scheduling staff suck. This is the second time going in and my child not being able to be seen because of a technical issue I was not made aware of. The check in girl said he can’t be seen because the office is not listed as his primary care provider I understood was just confused on how he was able to be seen twice before then and I wasn’t notified of the issue. Then she said I had to call his insurance provider and have his primary care provider changed i left and called and they changed it right away I went back in and asked if there was a grace period and she said I was 3 minutes late and my appointment was canceled…? was super frustrating the check in lady was insensitive s

If I can give zero stars I would ! Dr. Zobian great doctor! As for staffing horrible we come in with our children they are supposed to create a calm and respectful atmosphere as staff. The check out assistant is so rude popping her gum , didn't have the decency to even greet me then I told her she was being rude she continued nasty body language! All while in front of my child ! How you act like I'm bothering you because I need to check out ! Do your job ! All they do is gossip behind the glass and loud as hell . They seriously need to hire new people or they will continue to lose more patients! I will not be bringing my child around any negative energy that office carries! Office manager doesn't care as long as she's still getting a paycheck forget about the patient feeling disrespe
