Exer Urgent Care - Whittier

This is a horrible place. The nurse was condescending and was texting when she was in the room with me. She was extremely rude. I honestly have never ever met a more horrible nurse than her. The doctor was no better. He was in and out in a breeze and did care to ask questions. It was the worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been to way more than I care to admit with 13 surgeries. I totally do not recommend this place at all.

My daughter recommended me to your office. I was highly impressed by how fast I was in and out of your facility. The staff and doctors were very knowledgeable and kind hats off to all of you.

First time patient . I had a fabulous , fast, and great experience here . The process is very fast. No waiting time . I needed a TB test went in on Friday 6:30 pm and will get results Sunday. Recommend it to all ! Also parking is available .

I am very pleased in coming to Exer urgent care, the staff was nice and helpful and the attention my daughter received was great. Doctor on site explained everything about the results. Very pleased with Exer.

The receptionist are not helpful. They should explain that we need to get access to the clinic WiFi before we start doing the check in. I know there is a sign, but not everybody put attention to it and struggle to do the check in. In my experience, I had a hard time uploading the pictures of insurance and ID, and I asked for help and both times their answer was “. You do not have the WiFi on” but never told me that I needed to get the clinic WiFi. During the time I was there, the information given to other patients was too limited and unhelpful. I had a good dr experience.
