Clean, professional and efficient. Friendly staff and doctor was thorough and knowledgeable in diagnosing and treating my symptoms. Wait was not long, but it can be and you just have to roll with it. It is worth the wait for the care received.

I've taken my mom to a few different urgent cares over the years, and I really like the fact that the staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr Wendy Sylvester really listen to my mom and all of her concerns. She is eighty two and a lot of doctors don't really take her feelings into consideration. Dr Wendy was very thorough in her examination and took very good care of my mother.

The doctor on call did not want to re move the wax in my right ear. I asked her to do both ears, her response, "tell you what, I'll do your left ear. It took the nurse less than two minutes to flush out the wax in my left ear. I strongly do not recommend this clinic. They surely don't have your best interest at hand. They are lousy and incompetent. UCLA's urgent care is top notch and AFC urgent care is great, too. Stay away from exer. You deserve better.

Very caring, helpful and thorough care but a long wait time! They called two days later as promised with results of a test I had done. Most of the time you don’t get a call back from places but they followed through. I was very pleased with my care and in turn the wait was worth it to me.

With a scheduled appointment, I waited two hours to be seen for a UTI. In the small waiting area there was a monitor that showed next to be seen. I was listed as #1 for over an hour, while people marked as "walk ins" were taken in ahead of me. When I complained, the manager said she would put me in the next available room. Thirty minutes later, I went to ask her if a room opened and I was told she left for lunch. After 2 hours of waiting while not feeling well, I starting complaining. Suddenly they put me in a room. The PA told me they would send out my urine sample for a culture test. An hour after I got home, they called me and said I would have to come in the next day to leave another urine sample to send for testing.
