Exer Urgent Care - Redondo Beach

I waited approximately 1.5 - 2 hours to be seen on Saturday 2/28/26. After finally being evaluated, was told nothing they could do. I insisted on something for pain until seeing my primary doctor Monday. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the medication was out of stock. I immediately contacted your office to request that the prescription be transferred to a different pharmacy. After coordinating with another pharmacy, I learned they were also out of stock. I called your office a third time and explained that I was in extreme pain and asked whether an alternative medication (preferably non-narcotic) could be prescribed, since pharmacies were unable to provide clear information about availability. I was told I would receive a call back. No

The wait can take quite a while but the front desk/nurses/staff seem to be very polite and respectful. The check in at the front is fast and easy and you are able to see your place in line on the TV or through your phone as you wait to be seen. The facility is clean and nice. Most notably, I personally had a great experience with Mora, Darby and I was very grateful to be helped by her while I was dealing with some chronic pain problems and going through a hard time. She was very patient, kind, and understanding and I felt heard and seen. I won't forget it, thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience at EXER Urgent Care in Redondo Beach. I visited on November 31st to get a TB test required for volunteering. I was told to return the next day at 10:30 to get the results, but when I came back, I waited for an extremely long time and eventually had to leave due to other commitments. Despite returning multiple times, I never received my test results. To make matters worse, they asked me to pay again for another test, even though I had already been there three times. I spent my time and money, and in the end, received no refund or valid test results — all due to their mistake. The entire process was frustrating, disorganized, and unprofessional. From the moment I came under Dr Britt Durham’s care at Exer Urgent Care, I felt listened to, respected, and well supported. His clear explanations, patience in answering my questions, and genuine concern made a significant difference in my experience. He took the time to ensure I understood my condition and treatment options, which helped me feel confident and reassured throughout the process. I came in to urgent care because I have had a bad cough for over 4 weeks. I had called a friend who is a concierge Dr asking if I should go to my dr. She said “you probably need a round of antibiotics, but you need to have a Dr listen to your lungs, go to Urgent care”. Just before my appointment at urgent care I had seen a dermatologist who did a biopsy of a place on my leg. When I got to my car at the dermatologist office I realized this biopsy was bleeding a lot. I went back into the dermatologists office and they re bandaged my leg and tried to clean the blood off my jeans. But this is what I looked like walking into the urgent care.
