Exer Urgent Care - Playa Vista

I was very short of breath. Everybody was extremely helpful and guided me through as I was very anxious. Arranged for medication to be prepared at a local pharmacy. I left the clinic feeling much better. I highly recommend the clinic with Dr Conovaloff and his brilliant team. Thank you.

Fraudulent billing. I went in for the flu. They over billed my insurance $350 for a bunch of things I never had done. The front desk is very unfriendly. They make you do 20 minutes of online paperwork every visit, upload drivers license, etc. I use to like this urgent care when it was a neighborhood gem. Private equity bought it and now it’s horrible! They only care about squeezing as much money out of patients as possible. So disappointing.

Note that this location does not include 'IV Treatment', even though it is first on the the list of services on Exer's web site for this location. I scheduled an appointment and brought my dehydrated and miserable partner in for treatment. On arrival, I asked the woman behind the front desk about IVs, she said that they don't do them, and when I told her that the site claims they do, she said I was wrong. I showed the site to her, and after pushing further, she said they would update it. I'll be pleasantly surprised if that happens.

I just called them right now five minutes ago for a reading on a TB test that I’ve done on Friday and I was scheduled to come back on Monday in the morning however I wanted to know to see if it was ready on a Sunday. Whoever answered, the phone was very disrespectful to me. They kept raising their voice asking me. What day was it put in and I told them twice. And then after they told me that it won’t be ready till the day they told me I understood and then they just hung up while I was talking. This person needs to be fired. If this is how you talk to people on the phone you should not be talking to people in person.

The people at Exer Urgent are so nice! I love all the doctors & nurses & the receptionists...everybody is just super kind & nice. Thank you for everything & wish you all a great Holiday Season & a Marvelous 2026!
