Exer Urgent Care - North Hollywood

Well I dont know where to start but let me try to verbalize what happened today. I checked in by 2.30pm today. I was having a severe lower back pain. I was on crutches when i get there and barely standing. I was hoping to get a quick shot or some medication and I waited until 7pm and there was still 4 people in front of me and thepy are closing the facility by 8pm. I understand if you are short staffed, having a crazy day etc and I am not even blaming the employees but If you are not able to manage less than 10 people in 4 hours (there was 8 people on the line in front of me when i get there)please dont list your business as urgent care. Because just like everyone else who comes to get a service hoping to get better. It felt like nothing so urgent and nobody really cared. I hope you take s

When you arrive to the clinic they are print to help you and they give you the option to wait in your car. Waiting time is minimum and once your in a compassionate assistant taking the vitals will reassure you everything is going to be well. I saw Dr Jeanellyn and is knowledgeable, experienced and caring. Facility is neat and parking available at all times. Exer Urgent Care exceeds all expectations

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Exer Urgent Care. I went in with serious symptoms hoping to receive answers. Instead, I sat in the clinic for 2.5 hours only to be told they couldn’t provide a diagnosis and that I should just go to the hospital for IV fluids. No clear explanation. Just a referral out the door after wasting half my day while feeling miserable. To make matters worse, I was still charged $215 for the visit — despite leaving with no diagnosis and being told to seek care elsewhere. If the only solution was going to be “go to the ER,” that could have been communicated much sooner. Urgent care is supposed to bridge the gap between primary care and the ER — not delay necessary treatment while charging patients. I would not recommend this location based on my visi

I Will never return to this location exer UC. While the front staff is friendly the provider that I had wouldn't give me antibiotics for a sinus infection. I now have to go to another UC to get antibiotics. Waste of time and money. Stay far away from this place!!!

I came in on a Monday at 5pm and there were only 2 people in front of me. I had to wait an hour and a half in total, and my visit was 3 hours. The doctor was nice, it just took so long to speak to someone who could give me answers and everyone was moving really slowly
