It’s a comprehensive urgent care, so many patients need more time with the doctor; This means your wait time may seem excessive. I didn’t think it was that bad, and the staff were clearly working hard. The front desk/triage did good and was personable. The clinic is clean and has a good mood. Dr. Mona moves fast, but she was not inattentive- she knew what she was doing and is knowledgeable. They weren’t able to do much for me, but she wrote a detailed note to take to the ER with my needs in medical jargon- very appreciated. It was a three hour endeavor on a quiet Sunday night to have my son treated. It began with a rude receptionist, no greeting, no care for this sick kid in my arms. No priority for a small child in pain. When we were finally seen, the nurse encouraged that I purchase an extra test before even seeing the doctor. I trusted that it was needed and agreed - said test came back negative. Only then did the doctor come in and do her examination to tell me that he did indeed have the virus. I asked if they could remove the inaccurate test which wasn’t even recommended by the doctor herself. A receptionist, 2 nurses and the doctor teamed up on me and insisted I opted into the test. From the call I made to inquire about the wait time, to the moment I stepped into the building, the entire staff was very professional, warm, friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. I was hesitant about going to the doctor but I am so glad that I went. I would defintely recommend the clinic. Job well done to the entire team.

Wonderful staff, fast, easy and convenient. Everyone was so friendly and nice. They helped me find one another place which is also exer urgent in culver city who does the xray. I went there as soon as my blood was drawn and got helped at culver city location for x-ray. Both results came back great within less than 2hrs the same day and was emailed to me. Super friendly staff at different locations i am amazed!

Great experience at Exer Urgent Care! The office was spotless, modern, and welcoming — everything felt well-organized and efficient from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, which really made the visit comfortable. The doctor had excellent bedside manner — calm, communicative, and thorough. It’s nice to feel genuinely cared for. I hope I don’t get injured again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be coming back here!
