Exer Urgent Care - Eagle Rock

Staff are friendly and attentive. It was my first time visiting Exer Urgent Care, and it exceeded my expectations. They promptly called and addressed the issue the same day my labs result were out.

I have been here couple of times, but always tried to come early in the morning 8 am,so we gonna be helped earlier,it took time but we have been helped more faster.Today I came here 11:29am...and it was showing 3 people ahead of me but in the waiting room I just saw that 3 people one came from out for 2 kids and 1 hour past,just 1 payient came out of the back room. I am checking my spot now it says 4 people ahead of me...They are working waaaaaaayyyyy toooo slow...Still waiting that 2 kids come out,and these 3 people and plus me still here in the waiting room...So every patients is taking about 30-60 min at least to be seen....That's ridiculous.I have been in the La Canada location they are more quicker ,service is quick ...I think I am just gonna leave I don't think my turn is gonna come

To whom this may concern I was at the Exer Urgent Care at 2ish pm that I did a walk-in signed into the patient portal on the side with my app that is connected to the family portal. I am using the app Solv. When I used my phone number I seen that please select that patient name which is for my daughter case of a toddler personal concerns. So when my husband Carlos is checking on the status about our daughter seeing the Nurse Practitioner (NP) or any called doctor to check on the patient(s). Around 3ish pm my 4 year old daughter said, mommy I don’t see my name on the screen. So I went to Jaylene asked her do you see my daughter name she can answer the question she told her name is Kayla. I have never seen an urgent care like this in my life. Patients are sitting in the waiting room in pain, and the staff go to take lunch? Really? If you need a lunch break, close the office for one hour — don’t keep everyone waiting and then say, “They’re at lunch.” There was only one patient ahead of us. Everything was available even the X-ray room and the doctor. They are just working extremely slowly. You’re getting paid to take care of patients, but this office feels like it could harm someone with this kind of delay. Regular turtles!
