The nurse checking us in and helping us was very professional and attentive. The wait time was short, the place was clean/spacious, and the doctor was empathetic. The doctor was clear with his explanation and the service was quick. Answered all questions. Easy parking.

I was very disappointed with my visit. I went in bc of a severe eczema flare up on my hands & couldn't wait a month to see my dermatologist. The physician assistant (PA) Lauren was dismissive of the pain and symptoms I was experiencing, telling me my case was “not severe” even though I came to urgent care in significant pain. And funny thing is that when she saw my hands she said they looked painful and when I refused to do things her way is when she said my hands weren't too bad. This dismissive attitude felt unprofessional and concerning. Instead of listening to my concerns or discussing options, she continued to act like she knew more than me about myself & she focused only on prescribing medication and did not respect my wishes for my own care. Great experience overall. Easy to book, no wait time with an appointment, and a clean, welcoming clinic. The staff was very friendly, and the nurses and doctors were professional and compassionate. My doctor took her time addressing my symptoms — carefully listening, asking follow-up questions, and discussing treatment options in detail. Tests were ordered promptly, results were ready the next day, and all prescriptions were sent right away.

I've been Exer Urgent Care twice now and have received consistently great care. You are treated with kindness from the moment you walk in until you the moment you step out. The doctors I've seen have both been thorough, friendly, and helpful. 5 stars for bedside manner! They put you at ease and try to help with any issues you may be experiencing. Wonderful staff and location!

I had such an amazing experience during my ER visit! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel cared for and safe. Everyone was so kind, patient, and professional — you could truly feel the compassion in the room. Doctor Reed😍😍 (SO HANDSOME) was absolutely amazing — attentive, gentle, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
