Exer Urgent Care - Costa Mesa

If can I only leave no star!! Never come to this urgent care branch you’ll end up dead !! I came twice today , paper work took an hour and Another hour to wait for Doctor/PCP came ! Waste of time!! I just need to get my B12 shot. And havent got one until thry about to close, still noboby given a shot, funny thing this blond girl bid good day, so insulting! When she know i was waited for almost an hour and half! The sloooowesssst Urgent care ever!!’

My husband went there for a minor knee injury and they charged us $400 for a knee brace which we could get for $20 at CVS!! They should let us know the cost in advanced not in our bill!! Or just advise us to get one ourselves. Rude physician who instead of helping, tried to discover the reason of his injury and he ended up accusing my husband of being drunk and injured himself!! We requested to use his insurance to cover the cost but it rejected. And when we try to pay the bill we waited 1 hour on line but no answer!!

At the beginning of my visit I wanted to rate this urgent care 3 stars because the staff are friendly, but (long story short) there was a lot of miscommunication. I rate 5 stars because the staff, specially Gregory, went above and beyond to try and mend the situation. I highly recommend visiting Exer Urgent Care- Costa Mesa!!

The front desk nurse assistant, Taylor was really great!! And Dr. Russell Alterman was very helpful and was able to diagnose my allergic problem I was having. Good place to go!!
