Unsafe use of needles! My visit to EXER Urgent Care Beverly Hills felt far more focused on selling tests than providing medical care. I was pressured to approve multiple diagnostics before even speaking with a physician, then waited nearly an hour in a freezing exam room despite having an appointment and only a few patients present. When the doctor finally came in, I was seen briefly and reprimanded for declining the very tests staff had been pushing from the start, which the doctor agreed would not have been necessary. The doctor refused to look at anything I asked her to and walked out. The clinic itself was dirty, dark, poorly maintained, and the attempted blood draw by an inexperienced technician left me genuinely feeling unsafe. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely concerned about what I was dealing with. Dr. Golding took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. I felt listened to and well taken care of, and the provider explained everything clearly. The clinic was clean and well organized.
