Exer Urgent Care - Anaheim - State College Blvd

Since the last time I visited here, they have updated their waiting room with self-check in that is simple & easy, the wait room is cleaner and well organized. People in front were welcoming. Their system is updated to a more detailed and efficient system. It made the whole process painless and easy to receive care. My nurse was exceptionally kind and friendly so I felt at ease and the PA who provided care was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed my illness. I highly recommend this Urgent Care, for they are easy to locate, have ample parking, clean facilities, highly efficient processes, and quality care with a smile.

I have been at urgent care many times. They are always so kind and caring to their patients and really care about what they think. This last time I was there, I was taken care of by Sapna Suresh. I loved how she was very thorough and caring. She made sure to have my consent in everything and acknowledged me in everything that was going to happen. She was veey patient and kind. Overall I love her and all the workers care.

This medical facility was very clean and well kept, all the staff that I encountered gave service with a smile. Rachel at the front desk was friendly and courteous in getting me checked in. Candy who took my vitals and medical history was kind and thorough with obtaining my information. Lastly, the PA Jessica was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed to confirm my condition and how to treat it the appropriate prescription. Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend my friends and family to go to Exercise Urgent Care for non -emergency immediate healthcare. Phenomenal Experience! I was on vacation and unexpectedly needed urgent care, not knowing where to go or what to expect. Thankfully, I found this clinic—and I’m so glad I did! From Nurse Siquem to Dr. Sapna and Manager Rachel, every single staff member was kind, compassionate, and professional. They took the time to truly listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and walk me through the best treatment options. Their care and attention made a stressful situation so much easier. I left feeling so much better and incredibly grateful. Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable staff that keep it professional and make you feel welcomed ! Recommend making an appointment to get seen faster but either walk in or appointment they got you covered to help you out with whatever it is you are going through! Helping you get better as fast as possible! Definitely recommend this location 💯 Today nurse Evelyn and Dr. Topacio made me feel welcomed and addressed all my concerns. They ran all the necessary tests and looked at the affected area to see what antibiotics to prescribe instead of basing it off symptoms. I felt such great relief when I left this facility knowing that I was actually heard and well taken care of. Some facilities believe it or not make the eww face to patients who come in with certain infections not here. At Exer they treat you respectfull
