A very messed up place to find yourself in…I booked an appointment for Immigration medicals which went like a tug of war, from unable to get a convenient appointment as Dr patrick only shows up on Mondays and Fridays,on top of that I was asked to book an appointment on a day i dint like, only for me to drive 30mins away and got to the clinic in buford for the clinic, firstly, I was told my documents could not be found on the system . Looks like the Lawrenceville clinic is not in sync with the buford clinic. And ontop of all the missed appointments I had with sufficient time to update my records and get me ready for pick up of my immigration docs , still they DINT do a damn thing. I’ve been in GA for 6 years and struggled to find a great primary care doctor. My sister recently relocated here from NY and needed to establish herself with a PCP. I setup an appointment for her with Dr. Plata and attended her first appointment with her a few weeks ago. Dr. Plata was punctual, knowledgeable, and a compassionate listener. When I have a need for my own primary care visits, I’ll be switching to Dr. Plata as well!

This was the best doctors experience I’ve had. Everyone was so pleasant kind and patient and I felt very comfortable. The front desk Maritza was very welcoming. The medical assistants Jackie and Joselyn were very efficient as well as the provider Akua . Thank you to all of them for such a great experience.

Maria at Excelsior Healthcare in Lawrenceville was awesome and a pleasure to work with. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable during my visit. I would definitely recommend visiting this location.
