Gwen is a wonderful nurse practitioner. She is very knowledgeable professional, and a pleasure to work with. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. I have been a patient for several years and I have never had a bad experience.

I would give a zero, if I could. This doctor benwal just dropped me as a patient because I was afraid and sick. I came here for help and pale, lethargic confused and in pain. The front desk is very slow, I watched many people get frustrated with them and leave while I waited for 40 min for my appointment. We were in the middle of getting tests done when they called to inform me that would no longer be allowed to make an another appointment. Knowing how frustrated and ill I am, they seemed to have no compassion for me. I called the nurse at one point because I started having kidney pains and was concerned that this could be my kidneys and possible sneaky UTI turning possibly sepsis and I received NO care. My urine did show blood and protein in it and they never called. Luckily I went and

Nurse Practitioner Gwendolyn Lupton is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a NP that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. The medical office is a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Gwendolyn taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Highly recommended.
