Excel Urgent Care of Old Bridge, NJ

Every single time I come to this urgent care it’s a great experience! From start to finish, everything is seamless. Check in is easy and quick, you make it to the back quickly and you aren’t there for hours on end. The receptionist is so friendly, kind, and looks like she actually enjoys her job which is rare in these kinds of places. The people there know their stuff! Highly recommend if you want excellent service.

Nurse/Receptionist was fantastic. Polite, answered all my questions and made the process comfortable, convenient, seamless. The Doctor on duty was awesome. She knew exactly what was going on and was confident with the prescriptions she recommended. They took xrays on site, which was very convenient and fast. Awesome place!!!!!

This is not a criticism of the staff here. Everyone I spoke with was kind and patient, while dealing with an unmanageable number of sick patients. My criticism is with whomever is operating this facility. If you check the website on any given day, there are appointments available for every time slot. You secure an appointment assuming you will be seen within a reasonable time relative to your appointment. This is not the case. I had an appointment at 3:30. When I arrived I was told there were 6 other patients with appointments ahead of me and that the wait should be approximately 20 minutes. I thought that was optimistic, but I waited. I left after waiting 2 hours and still not being seen. I was advised that there were 2 providers on staff and I observed countless people with app

I visited your medical clinic this morning in Old Bridge. I was checked in immediately upon my arrival and shown to a room in 5 minutes. I was seen by a doctor and diagnosed within 10.minutes. I would highly recommend your clinic. It was efficiently run and got me back home within a half hour.

Upon entering staff was super friendly as well as physician. Very clean and welcoming. Was taking quickly for online booking appointment, and was overall satisfied.
