Excel Physical Therapy & Wellness

Very unprofessionali requested on 8/1/25,prescription for more PT, on 8/4/25,I go for PT by 8/6/25 visit Joe comes with a lame excuse about not coming for 90 more days cause of Insurance, which has no issues for past 3 months worth of PT . At same time Joe is explaining this Jess is giving me a dirty look ,not their normal warm cordial selves, if they did not want my business no longer be an adult and explain not have me aquire new script for more PT.its bad enough I have to give at least 1 star to post this bad review.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT MAKE SENSE AS OTHERS AGREED WITH ME!

Good morning, they are excellent. I recommend them. They are open until 8:30 a.m. on holidays and are closed. I give them a 10. Thank you, Excel Physical Therapy.

I realized I never posted a review before. Where should I start? We know Joe and Jess way before they opened their office. They were originally my father's physical therapists (prior to here). We followed them because, why not follow the greatest physical therapists you can have? My mother, sister and daughter have used Joe and Jess. When my sister went back home to continue physical therapy where she lives, they couldn't believe how advanced she was. Going to Joe and Jess is like going from the Dollar Tree to Bloomingdales.

Great care and knowledge from both physical therapists. They truly care about all their patients. They have great equipment for each condition. They train their patients to do all the exercises independently at home. My condition improved tremendously within a couple of months.

Finally a professional in this area that listens to what you are saying/having issues with, and seems to care. Joe is thorough and always greets you with a smile, which is uncommon in this area. Quality equipment and care at excel. Hope you never need therapy, but if you do; this is the place to get it!
