Excel Pharmacy

I've never had a problem with this pharmacy. I read through many of the reviews about this place, and it seem like a lot of these irritated customers are already in a bad mood before going in the pharmacy. Nobody has stolen your prescription, they are given to excel pharmacy for fulfillment by your insurance or prescriber, or for reasons you might want to find out about before you unjustifiably start accusing excel of stealing it!!! Who told you directly that they were? Finally, for those of you who are irritated with the customer service. Try putting yourself in a more peaceful, centered, calm, state of mind and go about your interaction with the staff using kind , softer words because I know you curse them out, yell, and make unfair accusations at these people. Excel Pharmacy is very unprofessional. They take days to respond to customers' concerns, and the driver does not come within the given timeframe. The in-person service is not good. If you're on foot or using public transportation, the pharmacy is not convenient if you're outside the community; it takes two buses to arrive there.

This place is the worst. I had been coming here for five years. After the regular pharmacist left I had issues. I asked for my prescriptions to be transferred. I went back to the pharmacy to confirm with them and follow up that I wanted my info ported. The pharmacist lied to me saying she ported everything yesterday. I had to walk back and forth to get my prescription transferred. This pharmacy is still holding my refills for psych and asthma medications. When I calm down I am getting a police report and reporting them to the dept of health.

They are always professional and polite. There is never a wait. My medication is always there. Parking is convenient and I am always notified of any changes relating to the pharmacy hours

I have spoken with this Pharmacist twice not to fill Perscription that wa not giving to them. The Pharmacist see your list of medicaton.Unprofessional, she hangs the phone up on. Stop filling Perscription that was not giving to Excel Pharmacy
