I am not sure why you can’t see reviews but I would strongly advise anyone to not visit this clinic for routine care or even urgent care. They are inappropriate and extremely rude . My mom has been a patient of theirs for some time and after she brought up some issues to them they began to treat her even worse. She attempted to seek medical care after being involved in a car accident and they refused to see her or even refill her medication. Patients are supposed to be seen for yearly check ups however he makes it known to her that he will not provide refills to needed and required medication unless she goes, and when she does she is treated poorly by both doctors. If it was possible for negative stars this is what this clinic deserves. The man in the front Lucho is extremely rude! His customer set skills are awful!! He will never acknowledge you when you are standing at the window to sign in. He will close the sliding window in your face and walk away. Then you still have to wait over 2 hours to get your vitals checked only to wait and additional hour to be seen by the doctor. Beware this clinic primarily serves the elderly to ensure their experience is not heard. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone!!

Worst clinic I’ve ever been too. The man that works the front end is extremely rude and can care less about the patients. He left me talking to myself and walked away from me mid sentence while talking about something as simple as an authorization for glasses. He really needs to reevaluate what he is doing working on the medical field because it appears as if he HATES what he does. Working in the medical field requires you to have love and compassion not treat people so rudely!

If there was a negative start I will give them -10 the worse clinic ever , been here since 8:30am and it’s now 12:00pm and I’m still not been seen. This clinic needs to be close let’s see until what time I get out. I will ride to the insurance and make a huge complaint

Since i walked in the office everyone was noce and helpful to me, Dr Torreblanca was ao nice and made me feel comfortable and confident, he explained my results to me… service was great overall and my final paperwork was done quickly.
