I recently had the opportunity to visit and take a tour of this inpatient rehabilitation facility, and I was very impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and happy to answer any questions. Sienna took the time to walk me through the different areas of the facility and explain the programs and services offered. It was clear that they genuinely care about the patients and creating a supportive environment for recovery. The building itself is beautiful—very clean, high end, and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere felt calm, comfortable, and uplifting, which seems like it would make a big difference for people going through rehabilitation. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I left with a very positive impression

My mom had a recent stay at Exalt Health and her care was amazing. From the receptionist when you walk in, to all the amazing nurses at the nurses station, the physical therapist and all the outstanding doctors. Thank you so very much for taking such great care of my mom. We absolutely adored Lynda, Pooh(Thanks for the grace, Pooh)David, Daniel, Mathew and Dr. A. The facility was brand new, everything state of the art. Very very clean. If you are in need of a rehabilitation facility I highly recommend this one.

Had a wonderful experience when I needed therapy for a bad knee sprain. Both PT and OT have dedicated individuals providing it. As an older adult it just takes a bit longer to recover. Staff promptly answer call lights. I found staff’s attitude very positive which is helpful to healing patient. An important aspect of care is the case manager. This company acts as a team in that aspect utilizing both site and corporate case management as needed. I would happily use this facility in the future if needed.

My mother recently stayed at Exalt for rehabilitation, and we are truly grateful for the care that she received from the entire team. From the receptionist to CNA‘s, doctors, nurses, and therapist – were warm, patient, and generally invested in my mother‘s progress. They treated my mother with respect and dignity, and made sure she was comfortable and supported. Lynda, the social worker, went above and beyond by taking the time to communicate with us and share information that helped our family make decisions on my mother‘s continued care. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my mother to rehab at.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a referral source for home health, I have the privilege of working closely with Exalt Health and I can say without hesitation that they are outstanding. The team provides excellent care, communicates well, and always puts patients first. I especially want to recognize Lynda, the case manager. She is truly amazing—organized, compassionate, and always goes above and beyond to ensure patients have a smooth transition home. Her professionalism and dedication make my job so much easier, and I know patients are in the best hands with her. Exalt Health is a wonderful partner in patient care, and I highly recommend them.
