For the last few months I took the plunge and decided to give Rolfing a try, because other therapeutic massages were not giving me long-term relief. Beth performed an assessment and was able to intuitively identify my muscle imbalances and asymmetry that was causing me pain with referral, which doctors weren't able to adequate treat. Postural defects and imbalances are the root cause for many debilitating conditions (I am a health care provider) and the fact this is often overlooked is an understatement. I plan on continuing to use Beth's expertise for periodic tune-ups moving forward-- reasonably priced for someone that cares about healing!
