Evolution Hearing and Tinnitus Center

I am so absolutely thrilled with the Evolution Hearing staff and the experience they provided me! I truly felt that they care about their clients and want to ensure a positive hearing experience for each person. As you can see in the photo, my Oticons are basically invisible!!! Many of the staff are hearing aid wearers, so that experience gives validity to how knowledgeable they are! I highly recommend Evolution Hearing and Dr, Morris!!!! Phenomenal!!

They found a way to work me into the schedule quickly, as I needed to be seen but didn’t have much flexibility on when I could get there for an appointment. Warm, welcoming office reception. All my submitted paperwork was readied for my session. Doctor had already reviewed my prior hearing test, and prepared a pair of hearing aids for me to try, based on that test. She treated me kindly, with respect, listened well, and seemed to care. It feels like I have found an excellent practice and I trust that they will be helpful in addressing my hearing loss and tinnitus.

Professional, friendly environment. Dr. Morris was interested in learning about my issues and providing the appropriate testing. My test results were provided within a few days although the results were discussed during my appointment along with what options we can consider for my healthcare needs. Highly recommend them.

First-time buyer for hearing aids, so no one to compare EH to. Still, my first experience was excellent in every aspect: 1) Sincere, friendly and professional treatment from everyone I dealt with. 2) Testing was easy, interesting and even fun. 3) Dr. Koch was genuine, straightforward and intently listened to my concerns and willingly answered questions. Unlike some doctors who are distant, she was genuinely “there” with me and not going through a routine. 4) She was also very upfront about the costs and relative benefits of the various types of hearing aids they sell. No pressure tactics. Am confident the units I ordered will be great. My experience with Evolution Hearing has been exceptional. I've had my hearing aids only about a week, and I'm very happy with the results so far. The entire staff has been accommodating and helpful, and I received an excellent diagnosis and prescription from Dr. Morris, who explained and demonstrated everything perfectly, and has been quick to respond to my every question. The audio exam was comprehensive and revealing....I had no idea how much I'd been missing! It's been a discovery to recognize how my brain adapts to sounds and I love that I can tweak the aids with the app to find a level of comfort, as well as to challenge to train my brain to learn to hear better.
