I called to make an appointment and a person named Cindy answered the phone. As I attempted to make an appointment, Cindy said, stop right there and asked why my area code was not (518). After explaining I am not from this area but have been here for the summer she stated she would be away for the weekend and would not be around. I had not asked for this weekend appointment but was hoping to get the cost and book one for the near future. Better communication may have netted her a future client. I wish her well going forward!
