Front desk receptionist is incredibly rude. I am hard of hearing and I couldn’t understand her talking with a mask on so I asked her if she could take her mask down so I could read her lips she said she would not do that in a rude manner so I asked her to write it down so I know what she is saying she had an attitude, she said do I have to write a full sentence? Im shocked on how she handled this. Wow I am going to providence next time.
I have been treated here for years.
