Will never be going here again, I was told to come back if my medications weren’t working for a severe pain in my left shoulder that radiates all down my arm into my fingertips with numbness and tingling and they did nothing to help the pain I told them I haven’t slept in 3 days and he did nothing he did not care. I was given a toradol shot for pain which did nothing. They are all over the place in there they didn’t have the right prescriptions that I’ve taken and miscommunication from doctors and the assistants. If you have a pain that is not physically visible they won’t help with any pain medication I was told to drink green tea instead after 3 nights of no sleep and extreme pain in my arm. Just know any healthcare establishment just assumes you’re an addict trying to get pain medicatio

HUGE RAVE to the doctor who saw our one year old son today. His name was Devan Fors and he went above and beyond to figure out what was causing our son pain in his right arm and fixing it immediately. He urgently requested X-rays and made sure we got every angle and view to come to the conclusion that his elbow was slightly displaced and that calmly got it popped back into its proper place causing immediate pain relief to our baby! I cannot thank him or are X-ray tech enough! (I wish I would’ve gotten her name, she took amazing care of our boy as we struggled to get the perfect angled X-rays) some providers seem to act like they care and other TRULY do! This is one of the good ones. Thank you evergreen and team for taking such good care of our little one. Forever grateful

Thought maybe the first time I went I just got lucky, but the second time confirmed that this place has some things figured out. Short wait times. Friendly, efficient office staff. Clinical staff was professional and thorough, listened well and provided clear education and instruction regarding my situation and options for care.

Don’t expect any of your referrals to go where they need to go. Went in for a broken finger and told EVERYBODY I dealt with not to send my referral to Mercy. Musgraves DOES NOT CARE and lied in my chart. I told the MA, I told the gossipy clerks at the front, do not send it to mercy. I want it to go 1. Southern Oregon orthopedics 2. Slocum or 3. Don’t bother. Sent it to mercy, and they called 7 times in row when I was trying to board a plane and then would not forward it to where it belongs. Along with poor care, lying in my chart. I was adamant about not going to mercy or a specialist through mercy.

Dr Boggio is the best. She's caring and listens to me. I saw another post here providing negative feedback. Three of my coworkers go to her and we all think she's great.
