My son did a new patient consultation with Dr. DuRussel and it was excellent. Everything was very organized and very well explained. The staff we worked with (Laura and Gina) were so friendly, responsive, and efficient. Laura even took the time to call me while she was on vacation to answer my questions. We ultimately ended up starting treatment with a practice geographically closer to us, but I was very impressed by Evergreen Orthodontic Specialists and would have been happy to pursue treatment with them. The office is over the top! Look no further, seriously! The e tire team is so kind and accommodating. Dr. John is incredibly reasonable, he has a great approach and wants what is best for your kiddo. He is not into pushing braces and will give you honest feedback when it’s best to initiate a treatment plan. They were not interested in our money but in the care of their patients! Best experience for our initial evaluation for future braces.
