New mom here, and as a new mom I made sure to take extra steps to help me feel prepared. I reached out to my insurance first to make sure Dr. Ha is in network. I then spoke with the office EARLY LAST MONTH to con firm that my insurance is still accepted. I also confirmed if the office is accepting new patients to which I was told yes. I even shared my due date to ensure that my daughter will be seen. I call today and am rudely informed that Dr. Ha is not accepting new patients, no empathy or apology from receptionist.

Although I am sure the doctor is exemplary, I brought my daughter in who had a 105 fever as it is pretty urgent I had just sent her all of medical documents to make her my new pediatrician since I just moved to the area... Upon arrival The staff told me that I cannot see the doctor since they are booked. My previous pediatrician when there was an emergency always made exceptions. I don't understand how I office can turn away a child or clearly needed to be seen. Very unprofessional I am very disappointed.

Dr. Ha is simply the "best". My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Ha since she was born 10 years ago. She is attentive and caring and my daughter feels very comfortable with her.

Dr Ha is such an amazing and friendly pediatrician! She is very thorough, loving, and accommodating, my baby loves her and I do too 😀

Dr. Ha takes the time to speak at length about concerns. She is thorough and caring.
