Evans Prescription Pharmacy

I had a terrible experience at Evans Prescription Pharmacy. They are always late with my prescriptions, and yesterday was the last straw. An older lady told me they still owe me medication, which was confirmed by my receipt. Yet, when I returned to collect it, they flat-out refused to give me the rest. Unprofessional and frustrating! I do not recommend this place at all.

Very unprofessional. Some of the staff does not know what’s going on and is very unfriendly. An older lady continued shaking her head at me when I was picking up multiple clients medications, like I was inconveniencing her. They have meds on backorder and you could go a week before getting your medicine. They say the system is down sometimes so if you use the website to refill you may not get them refilled. I would not let my family or friends get any medications from here.

They charged us for prescriptions we never got..... have left 10 voicemails and emailed as well. They won’t respond and have not refunded us. I have contacted an attorney. Do not let them set you up on automatic draft or they will have access to your account!!!!! I had to pay the bank $25 to block them from continuing to debit our account.

Evans Pharmacy is conveniently located for me, the women are always so courteous and professional and answer any questions you may have. Good service and a friendly smile are harder and harder to find these days.

I go here for my prescriptions because I don't think my doctor uses anyone else. Most of the time they get everything right and all is okay, but every now and then I have had problems with them getting my prescriptions wrong. I suggest if you do use them to always check your prescriptions to make sure everything is correct.
