Kali was able to help me relax during my waxing. She was professional and efficient. I recommend using the different services. I called to tell them I’d be a little late for the appointment. They were understanding and willingly accommodated me.

Danielle always does my back and shoulder waxing. She’s kind, quick, and never hurts me. She knows what she’s doing, which makes it a lot quicker and more convenient. I do wish the pricing was a little lower, but still worth it.

If you have visited European Wax Center check your credit/debit statements for company fraud. I went in for 2 services in July 2025. I was given a pre paid discount when I left for those 2 services again next month. I never went back for the prepaid visit because I was not happy when I got home an saw the results. In October I noticed a charge on my CC for EWC and called them. On a recorded line Callie at this location explained that the location I went to was shut down and this location took over those client accounts. She looked up my account, and told me that the closed location had issues with unethical practices involving signing clients up for monthly services without their knowledge or by not fully explaining it as monthly. Callie explained they have been getting a lot of calls

Jessi was the tech I received a Brazilian and underarm wax from and she is very inexperienced. She was pleasant but did leave lots of hair behind and I would not recommend going to her. She also doesn’t leave the wax on long enough for it to cool which makes for a painful pull and likely why so much hair was left behind. Very disappointed & I unfortunately I tipped well but after thorough investigation when I got home, it didn’t meet EWC standards. Won’t be returning to this location.
