The location was easy to get to, parking was easy, and they took me in last minute. Wax Specialist Kaliyah is incredible! She took great care of me and I’m very pleased with the outcome. Kaliyah is an expert, thoughtful and compassionate. I already scheduled my next appointment with her!

Dani is my go-to girl at European West Loop! Not only is she amazing at what she does, but also makes you feel so comfortable and at ease during the process. It’s as if your bff is doing the service! If you go to this location, I highly recommend seeing her.

I’ve been a loyal client at European Wax Center West Loop for over seven years, primarily because of one exceptional waxer, Tiffany. Her technique, attention to detail, and professionalism set the standard for what waxing should be. Since Tiffany left the quality of service has noticeably declined. I was reassigned to what management described as a comparable “top-tier” technician, but unfortunately the experience has not lived up to that promise. The biggest issue is the rigid 15-minute time window for a full bikini/Brazilian wax. At nearly $80 including service and tip, the service feels rushed and incomplete. European Wax Center has been a great experience for me. I’ve never had a bad waxer. However, I go to this location because of KATRINA. She’s my favorite waxer. I’ve been going to her for over a year now and every time they’ve needed to move me to another specialist, I say “Nope, I’ll wait until she’s back.” She’s professional, quick, funny, and extremely down to earth. Waxes can be painful - full stop - but I know she knows what she’s doing and always makes me feel comfortable. If she ever leaves EWC, then I’ll go where she goes.
