Great transition over from Rite Aid. Sad to see pharmacy I have been with for decades close, but staff at Eterna is friendly and informative and I am pleased to see one of my favorite pharmacists is wit Eterna.. Loving the blister pack feature. Makes medication times much easier for me seeing I have trouble with my hands. Delivery staff as friendly as previous pharmacy. I am very pleased with transition.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. None of the BS press 5 press 6 etc aggravation! Everyone is friendly. I never feel like I'm bothering them when I call with questions.. They were able to call my other pharmacy & have everything transferred in a timely manner.. Due to my certain health conditions & not always having someone to pick up my medication, they are able to deliver here to Fall River.. The delivery gentleman is also super helpful & sweet.. I would recommend ETERNA to everyone.. DEFINITELY WORTH 5 STARS!!!!!! Thank You Susan

My. PCP sent them some prescriptions weeks ago, and we never heard from them. When my case worker finally called them, they said they don't carry those products and that we should contact my PCP and ask them to send replacement scripts to a pharmacy like CVS! The least they could have done was call us and tell us weeks ago about the problem so I wouldn't have to go without my needed supplies. If we have to go to CVS for some of my supplies, we may as well go to them for all of our supplies!
