Good, fast, and very helpful staff. They laugh at my dad jokes and my daughter thinks their cool.

They regularly charge you for meds that they don't have on hand and provide you with little ticket "iou's". When/if you then don't need that med from them they will refuse to refund you when the debit card you used for purchase will not accept a refund. It's your problem to figure out. Very good as long as no issues come up. Any little issue with a med change, refund, etc. EXTREMELY RUDE and keep your money!!

My wife and I were traveling through Estherville recently and had the pleasure of visiting the Estherville Pharmacy. Andy and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us, ensuring we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality and professional service made our experience exceptional. Great customer service. They are fantastic about contacting the doctor on prescriptions and answering any questions we have. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Nice to have a hometown pharmacy again.
